Refund Policy

Scope

This policy applies to all orders fulfilled through our logistics partner Tradelle ("Fulfillment Orders").

Return Eligibility

Products are sold final sale. A return or replacement is only possible if the product is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect.

How to File a Claim

Email support@tingdom.online within 7 calendar days of delivery and include:

  1. Your order number

  2. A brief description of the issue

  3. Clear photos or video of the defect/damage plus the shipping label

Return Addresses

Approved returns must be shipped to one of Tradelle’s warehouses in the USA, United Kingdom, or Germany. The exact return address will be supplied once the return request is approved.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Tradelle covers return shipping or issues a refund.

  • Change‑of‑mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Right of Withdrawal (EU)

We honour the EU right of withdrawal. Requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery. No handling fee is charged to the merchant, but all return costs must be covered by the customer.

Refunds & Replacements

Once the returned item is received and inspected at the warehouse, we will issue either:

  • A replacement shipment, or

  • A full or partial refund to the original payment method, depending on the agreed resolution.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the return is confirmed.

Statutory Rights

This policy is in addition to consumers’ non‑waivable rights under applicable consumer‑protection legislation.
